While born in New Jersey, Doug spent most of his youth growing up in Placentia, CA where he excelled in Football and graduated from El Dorado High School.  He spent two years at USC studying Chemical Engineering but soon realized that wasn’t his passion.  Doug graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate Finance. 

Doug spent much of his early career learning from some of the best mortgage bankers in the industry.  During this time, he also witnessed the tumultuous nature of Real Estate and how it can take you from rags to riches, and back down again.
